Radlett is considered to be an affluent and hence sought after address, with opportunities for purchasing homes here a rarity.

Odyssey is in an excellent position for commuters, with Radlett railway station under 300 metres away. Thameslink trains to London St Pancras take from 20 minutes, and the line also extends to Gatwick and Luton Airports. Equally convenient is its close proximity to the national road infrastructure; the M1 is just three miles away, the A405 North Circular about four miles and the M25, St Albans and Watford, all five miles distant.

The village has developed into a thriving community. Watling Street itself has much to offer, with a wide variety of cafés, restaurants and a mix of shops both local and national. The street is also home to the

Radlett Centre, a 300 seat venue for the arts and culture. Pre and primary schools, of which there are many in the vicinity, are generally of a high standard.

Sports enthusiasts are well served. Porters Park Golf Club is under a mile and tennis & squash courts are to be found off Watling Street, just a few minutes walk. Cricket fans can enjoy their sport at Brunton Memorial

Ground, home to Radlett Cricket Club and the venue for most Middlesex 2nd XI matches. Aldenham Country Park, around three miles away, includes a reservoir with a number of walks and family attractions,

making it a perfect destination for a day out.
